Hello to my friends in Chiba. We are very happy to continue our long friendship with the Chiba City Council.
We have a great group of Scouts and leaders attending CC18 this
summer. They are looking forward to making new friends, and learning new things about your country.
I want to see the boys meet and learn from all the other scouts, and to experience Scouting in another country.
